Privacy Notice

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This website, dennisberti.com, is operated by Dennis Berti, documentary photographer based in Querétaro, Mexico ("I", "me"). This notice explains what personal information is collected when you visit the site or get in touch, and how it is used, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and applicable privacy laws.

Information you give me

When you use the contact form I receive the details you type: your name, your email address, how you found the site and your message. This information is used only to reply to you and to discuss the work you are asking about. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

The form is delivered through Web3Forms, a form-processing service that forwards your message to my email inbox. Web3Forms handles the data solely to deliver it and under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that reports aggregated statistics such as the number of visitors and the most viewed pages. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run social-media pixels.

Links to other services

The site links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, and to my other projects. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.

How long the information is kept

Messages sent through the contact form are kept in my email for as long as needed to answer you and manage any resulting work, and are then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to access, correct, update or delete the personal information you have given me, or object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law). To do so, write to me through the contact form or by WhatsApp from the link at the bottom of any page. I will answer within the time limits set by law.

Photographs

The photographs on this site were made in the course of my professional work and are published with the consent of the people who commissioned them. If you appear in an image and would like it removed, please contact me and I will take it down.
